1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the 995bt platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between 995bt and the user.

2 Account Registration & Verification

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

995bt supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods. Currently accepted payment options include:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other listed banks
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20/ERC20), BTC, ETH

The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka). Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. In some cases, network or banking delays may cause processing to take 15–30 minutes.

Always use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit. Depositing through a third party is a breach of our terms and may result in account suspension.

4 Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from 995bt:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount BDT 1,000 (One thousand BDT).
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though some cases may take up to 72 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met. Until then, those funds will not be added to your withdrawable balance.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

995bt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. General bonus conditions are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to the first deposit only and is available once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts generally require 15x to 30x wagering — the specific requirement is stated on each individual offer.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of the date they are issued.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are applicable only to specific games or game categories.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is BDT 500.

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulating bets to obtain bonuses — is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on 995bt:

• The minimum bet amount is BDT 10 (ten taka). Maximum bet limits vary by game and category.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• 995bt reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on both sides of a match to guarantee a profit — is not permitted.

995bt reserves the right to void, limit, or reject any bet that is deemed to violate our rules. Casino game outcomes are determined by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 995bt:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or reverse-engineer the platform's software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Attempting to submit fraudulent payments or initiate chargebacks.

8 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

995bt may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• For violating any provision of the terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification documents are not submitted or incorrect information is provided.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
